Bruno Bites respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, and how we handle it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (if you choose delivery), and your order details including your chosen flavour mix. If you contact us, we keep the messages you send. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

We use your information to take, bake, deliver and support your order, to contact you about your order, and to meet our legal obligations. We will only send you marketing if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our store: Shopify (our checkout and order system), our website host, and payment providers. These providers may store data on servers located overseas. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies (the browser kind)

Our website and the Shopify checkout use essential cookies to make the cart and checkout work. We do not use them to track you around the web.

Storage and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it to fulfil orders and meet our obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing brunobitescookies@gmail.com.
